Emira Property Fund Limited Announces Resignation of Nocawe Makiwane as Independent Non-Executive Director and as Chairman of Social and Ethics Committee

EMIRA PROPERTY FUND LIMITED announced that Ms Nocawe Makiwane has resigned as an independent non-executive director from the board of directors of Emira, and as chairman of the Social and Ethics Committee, with effect from 31 March 2020. Ms Makiwane has served on the Board since 2006 and was due to retire in terms of the Board's independence policies.
