Enaex S.A. entered into an agreement to acquire 70% stake in Industrias Cachimayo S.A. from Yura S.A. for $15.2 million.

Enaex S.A. (SNSE:ENAEX) entered into an agreement to acquire 70% stake in Industrias Cachimayo S.A. from Yura S.A. for $15.2 million on May 15, 2018. Following the deal, Yura S.A. to maintain a 30% stake in Industrias Cachimayo.
