ENDÚR ASA Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Endúr ASA (the 'Company') earlier today at 13:56 CET where it was announced that the share capital increase pertaining to the issuance of 107,470,870 and 20,833,332 new shares respectively had been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. It is noted that such registration has not yet taken place, and is expected to take place on or around 18 December 2020. This information is subject of the disclosure requirements pursuant to section 5-12 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
