Endologix, Inc. Appoints Jane Kiernan to Serve on the Board as Class I Director, and to Audit Committee and Nominating, Governance and Compliance Committee

On March 12, 2020, the Board of Directors of Endologix, Inc. appointed Jane Kiernan to serve on the Board as a Class I director. Consistent with the other Class I directors, Ms. Kiernan will serve as a member of the Board until the Company’s 2020 annual meeting of stockholders. Ms. Kiernan has been appointed to the Audit Committee and the Nominating, Governance and Compliance Committee.
