ZHANNA SEDOVA APPOINTED GENERAL DIRECTOR OF ENEL RUSSIA

Moscow, April 29, 2022 - The Board of Directors of PJSC Enel Russia appointed Zhanna Sedova, Head of Legal and Corporate Affairs, as the General Director of the Company. These changes apply starting from the 1st of May 2022.

After two years at the helm of the Company, Stephane Zweguintzow leaves this position to continue his career in the Enel Group. Mr. Zweguintzow stand at the roots of the Italian Enel division creation in Russia, heading the Moscow representative office from 2000 to 2007. During this period the management contract for the North-West Thermal Power Plant in St. Petersburg was signed as well as the acquisition of shares in OJSC OGK-5 (later OJSC Enel OGK-5 and now PJSC Enel Russia), LLC Rusenergosbyt, and LLC Severenergia was done. From 2008 until 2010 he headed the Russian Gas Department of Enel's Upstream Gas Division. Starting from 2013 and till his appointment to the position of General Director he was a member of the Company's Board of Directors and was acting as its Chairman. Mr. Zweguintzow also held key management positions at PJSC Enel Russia, including the position of Deputy General Director - Head of People and Organization from 2018 to 2020. During his working period in Russia, Mr. Zweguintzow contributed to deployment and introduction of major investment projects, acutely developed the Company in line with new international technologies and practices, he was supporting deeply the most advanced power trends, particularly in the field of green energy.

Zhanna Sedova has been working in the Company staring from 2010. In 1995 she graduated with honors from Perm State University, specialty "Jurisprudence". She started her lawyer career from 1993 in the banking field and international construction, then in 2003 she came to the power sector. Mrs. Sedova has PhD in Legal Sciences and works as a professor of international law in the Russian State University of Justice. She is also Chairman of the Energy Law Commission of Moscow branch of the Russian Association, member of the Scientific Advisory Council on International Law under the Ministry of Justice of Russia, member of the Section for Legislative Support of the Electric Power Industry and Combined Heat and Power Generation (Co-generation) of the Expert Council of the State Duma Committee on Energy.

The candidacy of Zhanna Sedova was previously included in the personnel reserve for key management positions as part of the regular succession planning process.

On July 7, 2009 by the resolution of Annual General Shareholders' Meeting the company was renamed OJSC Enel OGK-5 and on August 8, 2014 the Federal Tax Service registered the new version of the company's charter with the name OJSC Enel Russia. On June 25, 2015 the company changed its

legal type and was renamed PJSC Enel Russia.
