BNDES finances R$ 166 million at Energisa Tocantins Transmissora
Energisa SA ("Energisa" or "Company"), in compliance with article 157, paragraph 4, of Law 6,404, issued December 15, 1976, as amended and CVM Resolution 44/ 2021, issued August 23, 2021, which revoked CVM Instruction No. 358, issued January 3, 2002, hereby announces to its shareholders and the market in general that, it was contracted with the National Bank for Economic and Social Development (BNDES) R$ 166 million financing for the Energisa Tocantins Transmissora - ETT project, which corresponds to 25% of its total investment (R$ 660 million). The cost of this financing is IPCA + 4.90% p.y. and the financing term is 238 months, with 38 months of grace period and 200 months of monthly payments of interest and amortization. This financing is in line with our Reference Form, Business Plan - item 10.8, disclosed via notice to the market dated of January 25, 2021.
This project will improve the quality of energy supply in the metropolitan region of Palmas (TO) and will allow the flow of approximately 390 MW of energy from the region's hydraulic and photovoltaic potential, which would supply about 900,000 homes. His initiative will benefit around 500,000 consumers, generate 1,400 direct and 4,000 indirect jobs during the works, in addition to another 45 direct jobs and 150 permanent indirect ones in the operation phase.
This project comprises 3 lines already licensed by Ibama, as follows: (i) 230 kV line between the municipalities of Dianópolis and Gurupi, with an extension of 256 km,
230 kV line between the municipalities of Dianópolis and Palmas, with a length of 245 km, and (iii) 230 kV TL between the municipalities of Dianópolis II - Barreiras II C1. It is located in Tocantins and Bahia. It will represent a RAP of R$ 71.5 million

(2021-2022 cycle), as established by the Auction and adjusted by the IPCA. The deadline stipulated by Aneel for energizing these lines is March 2024.
Also, at this month, we concluded with BNDES the disbursement of R$ 1.49 billion, as explained in the notice to the market of February 11, 2021, where between the period of late August and early September, we received the total disbursement of R$686.8 million for nine concessionaires of the Energisa Group, related to the 2020- 2021 investment plan.
