We inform the Shareholders that the Board of Directors of Energisa S.A. ("Company"), at a meeting held on this date, approved the distribution of dividends determined in the balance sheet drawn up by the Company up to June 30, 2023 in the total amount of R$ 284,943,983.10 (two hundred and eighty-four million, nine hundred and forty-three thousand, nine hundred and eighty-three reais and ten cents), equivalent to R$ 0.70 per Unit and R$0.14 per common and preferred share issued by the Company. The payments will be made from August 29, 2023, based on the Company's shareholding position on August 15, 2023, respecting the negotiations up to that date. As of August 16, 2023, the Company's shares will be traded "ex-dividends".
Shareholders will have their credits available on the payment start date, according to their current account and bank address provided to Banco Itaú Unibanco S/A. Shareholders whose registration does not contain the registration of the CPF/CNPJ number or indication of the "Bank/Branch and Current Account", the dividends will be credited from the 3rd business day after the date of the request, provided that the interested parties arrange for the regularization of your registration with Banco Itaú Unibanco S/A, which offers exclusive service to shareholders, through the telephone numbers: 3003-9285 (capital cities and metropolitan areas) 0800 7209285 (other locations).
