As of July 31, 2016, the Company's portfolio consisted of approximately 427 gross acres located in two separate lease blocks in the Eagle Ford Shale play overlying the Edwards Trend in Karnes County, Texas. The total acreage position is prospective for both the lower and upper Eagle Ford Shale, as well as the Austin Chalk formation. The Company also owns mineral rights under approximately 320 gross acres located in Howard County, Texas.
