Enertronica SpA agreed to form a commercial joint venture with Power Construction Corporation of China Ltd. to take part in a tender for the turnkey construction of a 200-MW solar park in Latin America. Under the terms of the JV deal, Enertronica will be in charge of the roughly 30% of the work and equipment, including engineering work, project management and the supply of inverters. PowerChina will provide the remaining components for the plant, including photovoltaic modules and the Chinese group will also be responsible for the entire financial structure of the operation.
