From illimity over EUR6 million in urgent finance to Enertronica

(Alliance News) - Enertronica Santerno Spa announced Tuesday that illimity Bank Spa has disbursed urgent finance totaling EUR6.3 million.

This amount is part of the predeductible finance for a total of EUR10 million broken down as follows: urgent medium-long term cash finance for EUR6.3 million; factoring lines for EUR2 million; and specific endorsement credit line for EUR1.8 million aimed at the settlement of VAT Credit.

In mid-January, the company had let it be known that the Court of Bologna had authorized Enetronica to contract "predeductible finance" with illimity for the total amount of EUR10.0 million compared to just under EUR10.8 million initially requested.

Enertronica Santerno's stock is unchanged at EUR0.84 per share.
