Engie Energia Chile S.A. reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2023. For the second quarter, the company reported sales was USD 616.18 million compared to USD 481.39 million a year ago. Net income was USD 7.13 million compared to net loss of USD 44.15 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.007 compared to basic loss per share from continuing operations of USD 0.042 a year ago.
For the six months, sales was USD 1,203.96 million compared to USD 899.25 million a year ago. Net income was USD 26.85 million compared to net loss of USD 40.41 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.025 compared to basic loss per share from continuing operations of USD 0.038 a year ago.
