From December 1, 2023 to December 29, 2023, the company has repurchased 254,200 shares, representing 3.5% for ¥276.67 million. With this, the company has completed the repurchase of 272,500 shares, representing 3.75% for ¥297.28 million under the buyback announced on November 15, 2023.
Enjin Co Ltd is mainly engaged in the public relations (PR) business that mainly provides PR support services for small and medium-sized enterprises and medical institutions, and platform services that connect customers with the media or authorizers. The Company provides four services, including PR support service for corporations and managers, PR support service for medical institutions and doctors, Medichoku, and Apochoku. The PR support service for corporations and managers and the PR support service for medical institutions and doctors make use of the media network to provide PR support services for small and medium-sized enterprises and medical institutions. Medichoku, a media matching service, targets small and medium-sized enterprises and medical institutions to match media on personal computers (PC) and smartphones. Apochoku, an approver appointment matching service, provides an appointment matching service that directly connects approver and customers.
