Enjin Co., Ltd. (TSE:7370) agreed to acquire Az.worldcom Japan Co., Ltd. from Shuji Hirose and one other individual shareholder on March 14, 2023. Enjin Co., Ltd will acquire 200 shares of Az.worldcom Japan Co., Ltd. Az.worldcom Japan Co., Ltd reported Revenues of ¥290 million, Total assets worth ¥152.72 million, EBIT of ¥2.49 million, Net Income of ¥3.13 million and Total Common equity of ¥94.9 million in fiscal year ending April 2022. Transaction is expected to complete on May 31, 2023.
Enjin Co Ltd is mainly engaged in the public relations (PR) business that mainly provides PR support services for small and medium-sized enterprises and medical institutions, and platform services that connect customers with the media or authorizers. The Company provides four services, including PR support service for corporations and managers, PR support service for medical institutions and doctors, Medichoku, and Apochoku. The PR support service for corporations and managers and the PR support service for medical institutions and doctors make use of the media network to provide PR support services for small and medium-sized enterprises and medical institutions. Medichoku, a media matching service, targets small and medium-sized enterprises and medical institutions to match media on personal computers (PC) and smartphones. Apochoku, an approver appointment matching service, provides an appointment matching service that directly connects approver and customers.
