ENNOSTAR Inc. (TWSE:3714) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 15,000,000 shares, for a maximum total amount of TWD 38,731.56 million. The shares will be repurchased within the price range of TWD 28 to TWD 60 per share.
The purpose of the program is to uphold the Company's credit and shareholders' equity. The repurchase program will continue until June 10, 2024. As of April 10, 2024, the company has no shares in treasury.
