Unikorn Semiconductor Corporation announced a private placement of 20,000,000 shares at a price of TWD 20 per share for gross proceeds of TWD 400,000,000 on May 2, 2023. The transaction will include participation from returning investors, ENNOSTAR Inc. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors of ENNOSTAR Inc.
