Enterprise Group PLC announced that the company's Directors will be recommending to the shareholders at the upcoming Annual General Meeting, the payment of a final dividend of GHS 0.0744 per share for the 2021 financial year. All shareholders registered in the books of EGL at the close of business on Friday June 24, 2022, will qualify for the final dividend. The ex-dividend date has been set as June 22, 2022.
The final dividend will be paid from August 8, 2022.
