Entertainment Network (India) Limited announced that with effect from July 1, 2023, Mr. Subramanian Narayanan will cease to be an Executive Director of the Company and shall continue to serve on the Board of the Company as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director without a break in his term as a Director.
