Equipmake Holdings builds on H55 technology partnership

Equipmake Holdings PLC - Norfolk, England-based manufacturer and developer of electrification products - Agrees term sheet with Sion, Switzerland-based electric aerospace propulsion company H55 for provision of aerospace electric motors. Follows initial partnership announced in April whereby Equipmake agreed to support H55 in electric aircraft prototype development. H55 will use motors supplied under new term sheet for customer project with BRM Aero on its BRM Bristell B23 Energic aircraft. Certification is planned for end of 2024 and Equipmake expects revenue from the first half of 2025.

H55 Executive Chair Andre Borschberg says: "This partnership is very complementary, coupling Equipmake's experience in motor design and serial production with H55's propulsion and battery expertise: all the prerequisites for a successful collaboration."
