Sato Kensetsu Kogyo Co.,Ltd. signed a share transfer contract to acquire 32.5% stake in Systec Engineering, K.K. from Yamaka Electric Construction Co.,Ltd. (JASDAQ:1789) on May 18, 2017. Under the terms of the transaction, Sato Kensetsu will acquire 250 shares. After the completion of the transaction, Yamaka Electric will not hold any share in Systec Engineering. The transaction was resolved by the Board of Directors of Yamaka Electric Construction Co.,Ltd. on May 18, 2017.
