Qian Yusong acquired 5% stake in Eurocrane Co., Ltd. from Jin Hongping for approximately CNY 130 million.

Qian Yusong signed a share transfer agreement to acquire 5% stake in Eurocrane (China) Co., Ltd. (SHSE:603966) from Jin Hongping for approximately CNY 130 million on December 15, 2023. Qian Yusong will acquire 18.03 million shares for CNY 7.19 per share.

Qian Yusong completed the acquisition of 5% stake in Eurocrane (China) Co., Ltd. (SHSE:603966) from Jin Hongping on January 24, 2024.
