Euronext reports sales of 1474 ME for the 2023 financial year, up +3.9% on 2022 and +1.6% on a like-for-like basis.

At the same time, adjusted EBITDA rose anecdotally by 0.4% to ME 864, suggesting an adjusted EBITDA margin of 58.6% (vs. 58.7% a year earlier).

The Group reported adjusted net income of ME 584, up 5.3%, giving adjusted EPS of 5.51 euros (+5.9%).

' In line with our dividend policy, we will be proposing a total dividend of 256.8 million euros, representing 50% of our reported net income, at our next Annual General Meeting in May 2024 ', said CEO Stéphane Boujnah.
