Everfuel A/S, formerly Everfuel Europe A/S is a Denmark-based pure-play hydrogen fuel company, establishing, integrating and optimizing the complete green hydrogen value chain. The Company owns and operates hydrogen production (electrolysers), -distribution and -stations, serving mobility customers and industrial stakeholders with hydrogen on competitive, commercial terms under long-term contracts. Everfuel’s project portfolio includes the HySynergy project, that involves the establishment of a 20 MW PtX facility. Its purpose is to establish phase I of a large-scale production and storage of green hydrogen, that will support the reduction of the carbon footprint within the existing Crossbridge Energy’s refinery processes as well as establish a competitive supply of green hydrogen as zero emission fuel for heavy-duty transportation. The Company has several subsidiaries, including Everfuel Netherlands BV, Everfuel Norway AS and Everfuel GmbH.
