EXCO Resources, Inc. (OTCPK:XCOO.Q) entered into an agreement to acquire remaining 50% stake in EXCO Resources (PA), LLC from BG US Production Company, LLC on February 27, 2018. EXCO is acquiring the remaining membership interests in EXCO (PA) from the subsidiary of its joint venture partner, Royal Dutch Shell plc (ENXTAM : RDSA).
