On September 14, 2016, Exeo Entertainment, Inc. closed the transaction. The company has received $100,000 in its second and final tranche bringing total funding raised to $314,900 from 14 investors.
Exeo Entertainment, Inc. is engaged in designing, developing, licensing, manufacturing, and marketing consumer electronics in the video gaming, music, and smart television (TV) sectors. The Company's products under development include the Psyko 5.1 surround sound gaming headphones for consoles and the Krankz MAXX Bluetooth wireless headphones. The Companyâs products also include the Zaaz Keyboard and the Extreme Gamer. Its Psyko headphones use a patented method of sound delivery that doesnât require the use of digital signal processing (DSP). The Companyâs Krankz wireless headphones work with mobile devices and have a retractable, foldable design with a built-in microphone and noise canceling feature. Its driver design provides a deep bass sound with clear midrange audio for a full range of use up to 30 meters distance. The Company also distributes and sells Ford cell phone accessories through all wholesale and retail channels in the United States and Canada.
