The results did not meet Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of five analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for earnings of $1.21 per share.

The logistics services provider posted revenue of $2.28 billion in the period, which beat Street forecasts. Four analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $2.24 billion.

For the year, the company reported profit of $752.9 million, or $5.01 per share. Revenue was reported as $9.3 billion.
