The ATA Litigation Center's annual Forum for Motor Carrier General Counsel brings together motor carrier legal counsel, motor carrier executives and professionals who are involved in the companies' legal matters and the organizations that support the industry. The Forum will address the trucking industry's most critical legal issues today.
Dr. David Krauss, Exponent's Principal Scientist in the Human Factors practice, will be presenting at the Forum. His panel, 'No Deadheading Here: The Power and Weight of Human Factors Expert Testimony,' will look beyond the established environmental, organizational and job factors, and human and individual characteristics which influence safety behavior, and address the emerging trends and tools used in human factors testimony and the effectiveness of such testimony.
