ACCOLTA L'ISTANZA DI CANCELLAZIONE DALL'ELENCO DEI GESTORI DI

PIATTAFORME DI CROWDFUNDING

A seguito della richiesta di cancellazione da parte del Registro dei Gestori dei Portali, la Consob, con delibera n. 22292 del 06.04.2022, accoglie la richiesta di EXTRAFIN SPA consentendo così alla Società di attivare la Partnership con il più importante portale italiano di Crowdfunding, opstart.it, che ha avviato il primo progetto di aggregazione tra attori del mercato del crowdinvesting.

L'adesione al progetto dà quindi accesso immediato a tutte le divisioni Opstart e a tutti i portali equity, lending e debt crowdfunding dell'azienda, con maggiori potenzialità e benefici rispetto alla precedente posizione sul mercato.

Prosegue dunque la valorizzazione del brand extrafunding.it che continua ad essere attiva promuovendo non solo campagne di Equity Crowdfunding, ma anche campagne di Lending e progetti di MiniBond, in qualità di advisor, con il vantaggio di conoscere le modalità operative e i criteri di assunzione dei platform manager per averne fatto parte per tre anni.

REQUEST FOR REMOVAL FROM THE LIST OF CROWDFUNDING SERVICE PROVIDERS

ACCEPTED

Following the request for cancellation from the Register of Crowdfunding Service Providers, CONSOB, with resolution no. 22292 of 06.04.2022, accepts the EXTRAFIN SPA request, thus allowing the Company to activate the Partnership with the most important Italian Crowdfunding portal, Opstart.it, which has started the first aggregation project between players of the Italian crowdinvesting market.

Joining the project therefore gives EXTRAFIN SPA immediate access to all Opstart divisions and all the company's equity, lending and debt crowdfunding portals, with greater potential and benefits than the previous position on the market.

The enhancement of the extrafunding.it brand keep going on and continues to be active by promoting not only Equity Crowdfunding campaigns, but also Lending campaigns and MiniBond projects, as advisor, with the advantage of knowing the operating methods and recruitment criteria of platform managers for having been part of it for three years.
