The Management Board of Fabryka Obrabiarek RAFAMET S.A. in Kuźnia Raciborska informs that the RAFAMET S.A. Financial Reports will be published on the following dates in 2021:

1. Extended Consolidated Quarter Reports:

   • Q3 2021 - 2021-11-22
3. Extended Consolidated 2021 6-Month Report - 2021-09-14
4. 2020 Financial Report - 2021-04-16
5. Consolidated 2020 Financial Report - 2021-04-16.

According to §62 Items 1 of the Resolution, the Company will not publish the separate Quarter Reports. Accordingly, Consolidated Quarter Reports will include the quarterly financial information.

The Issuer acting according to the §62 Item 3 will not publish the separate semi-annual report. Therefore, the Consolidated Semi-annual Report will include an abridged semi-annual financial report along with the auditor review report and abridged additional information.

The Issuer acting according to the §79 Item 2 of the below mentioned Resolution will not publish the Q2 2021 Report and Q2 2021 Consolidated Report as well as Q4 2020 Report and Q4 2020 Consolidated Report.
