Facilities by ADF plc announced the appointment of Jo Goodson as an independent Non-Executive Director ("NED") to the Company with immediate effect. Jo is a technology entrepreneur and experienced Board director having spent over 25 years leading and advising high growth businesses across both the public and private sectors. Jo has held several senior executive roles across the entertainment and technology industries, she co-founded MediaGold UK Ltd. before it was sold to Avenquest in 2003 where she then became a Managing Director and was also previously Vice President at Broderbund Software Inc. She has also invested in a range of technology companies including Tonic Games Group, a subsidiary of Epic Games since 2021, where she was an early-stage investor.

Until recently, Jo was Managing Partner of Hampleton Ltd, a boutique technology M&A and corporate finance firm, where she was responsible for the UK, Germany and Scandinavian operations from 2013, and remains an advisor. Jo is currently on the Board of AIM-listed Devolver Digital, a video game publisher. Jo Goodson will replace the Group's Chairman, John Richards, as Chair of the Remuneration Committee with immediate effect.

In addition to her appointment to the Facilities by ADF Board of Directors, Joanne Goodson (aged 59) is currently or has previously been a director of the following companies during the five years preceding the date of this announcement: Current: Hampleton Limited and Devolver Digital Inc.
