FaithNetwork Co.,Ltd reported non-consolidated earnings results for the quarter ended June 30, 2021. For the quarter, the company reported net sales of JPY 1,414 million against JPY 1,913 million a year ago. Operating loss was JPY 133 million against JPY 40 million a year ago. Loss was JPY 121 million or JPY 24.45 per basic share against JPY 58 million or JPY 11.69 per basic share a year ago.
FaithNetwork Co., Ltd operates real estate investment support business and real estate management business. The real estate investment support business operates new apartment buildings for investment and second-hand building renovation, provides one stop service focused on major project areas Setagaya-ku, Meguro-ku and Shibuya-ku, selles the properties to real estate owners. In the real estate management business, the Company manages and operates real estate owned by the real estate owner and real estate owned by the company. The Company provides one-stop service, including the purchase of land, design, construction, leasing, property management, and sales of the properties.
