Hash DasH Holdings Co., Ltd. signed a purchase agreement to announce a private placement on June 15, 2023. The company will issue common shares in the transaction. The transaction included participation from returning investor FaithNetwork Co.,Ltd. The transaction is expected to close on June 28, 2023.
FaithNetwork Co., Ltd operates real estate investment support business and real estate management business. The real estate investment support business operates new apartment buildings for investment and second-hand building renovation, provides one stop service focused on major project areas Setagaya-ku, Meguro-ku and Shibuya-ku, selles the properties to real estate owners. In the real estate management business, the Company manages and operates real estate owned by the real estate owner and real estate owned by the company. The Company provides one-stop service, including the purchase of land, design, construction, leasing, property management, and sales of the properties.
