Yuan Shi Digital Technology Co., Ltd announced a private placement of 70,000,000 shares at an issue price of TWD 10 per share for the gross proceeds of TWD 700,000,000 on November 11, 2022. The transaction will include participation from returning investor Far EasTone Telecommunications Co., Ltd., currently owns 99.47% stake in the company. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors, supervisors and audit committee meeting of the company.
The company planned to hold a special shareholders meeting on November 14, 2022 to discuss capital reduction of TWD 1,000,000,000.
