Farmacosmo, closing finalized for sale of 67 percent stake in Innovation Pharma

(Alliance News) - Farmacosmo Spa on Thursday evening disclosed that the closing with G&Ph Holding S.r.l. and Innovation Pharma S.p.A. was finalized for the sale of the company's stake in the latter's capital and the simultaneous purchase of a 67 percent representative stake in Farmacia De Leo S.r.l.

Farmacosmo closed Thursday's session in the green by 4.1 percent at EUR1.02 per share
