On May 17, 2021, the Board of Directors of Farmers and Merchants Bancshares, Inc., the parent of Farmers and Merchants Bank, declared a cash dividend of $0.28 per share of common stock, which will be paid on June 25, 2021 to shareholders of record on June 4, 2021.
Farmers and Merchants Bank is a Maryland commercial bank engaged in a general commercial and retail banking business. The Bank provides a range of personal banking services designed to meet the needs of local consumers. Its deposit services include checking accounts, savings accounts, money market accounts, certificates of deposit and individual retirement accounts. The Bank also offers repurchase agreements and remote check deposits.
