Fastighetsbolaget Emilshus AB (publ) (OM:EMIL B) signed an agreement to acquire 16 properties in Jönköping and Huskvarna from Corem Property Group AB (publ) (OM:CORE A) on March 27, 2024. In related transaction Corem has signed agreements for the sale of 19 properties at an underlying property value of SEK 768 million, which is in line with book value. The transaction is expected to be completed on May 15, 2024.
