FDM Group plc Appoints David Lister as Non-Executive Director and Member of its Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee, Effective March 9, 2016

FDM Group (Holdings) plc announced the appointment of David Lister as a non-executive director of the company with effect from 9 March 2016. David has over 35 years' experience of working in IT across multiple industries for international businesses such as Diageo, GlaxoSmithKline, Boots, Reuters, Royal Bank of Scotland and National Grid. He also has experience of the professional services sector where he worked for PwC.

David is currently a non-executive director of HSBC Bank plc, Nuffield Health, and CIS General Insurance Limited. Until June 2014 David was also a non-executive director of InterXion Holding NV (a Netherlands incorporated company listed on the New York Stock Exchange). On his appointment to the FDM board, David will also become a member of the Company's audit committee and remuneration committee.
