Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation (Freddie Mac) announced on December 29, 2023, Alberto Musalem notified that company that he will resign from Freddie Mac?s Board of Directors, effective February 19, 2024, because he is assuming the role of president and chief executive officer of the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis. Mr. Musalem initially joined the Board of Directors in June 2021 and was most recently re-elected on June 16, 2023 by written consent of the Federal Housing Finance Agency, Freddie Mac?s Conservator.
