Private Investor Conference Call

Filta Group Holdings PLC (AIM: FLTA), a provider of fryer management and other services to commercial kitchens, announces that it will be hosting a conference call for private investors on Thursday, 24 September 2020, at 14:00 (U.K. local time). The Company's CEO, Jason Sayers, will lead a presentation covering the interim results, followed by a question and answer session.

Filta Group Holdings plc is a United Kingdom-based commercial kitchen services provider, which serves restaurants, supermarkets, stadiums, healthcare, education, hotels and amusement parks. The Company operates through four segments: Site Service, Equipment Sales & Installation, Franchise Development and Fryer Management. The Site Service's segment consists of its preventive maintenance and reactive services, including its Seal replacement service. The Equipment Sales & Installation segment represents the provision of design, sale and installation solutions. The Franchise Development and Fryer Management segments encompass its franchise model and consist of the sale of franchises. The Company also has three geographic segments, which include the United Kingdom, North America and Europe. The North America and Europe operations are operated as a franchise network, and the United Kingdom activities are operated under both franchise and direct sale business models.
