FinTech Chain Limited (FTC) announced the execution of a strategic T-Linx payment services contract with the Shenzhen branch of China Construction Bank (CCB), a Tier 1 financial institution in China. This contract extends the reach of FTC's patented T-LinxTM payment services to CCB in Shenzhen. FTC's aim under the agreed terms is to enhance the breadth and quality of services CCB Shenzhen can offer merchant customers. CCB Shenzhen has also engaged FTC to provide marketing services and capability for CCB's merchants in the Shenzhen region including but not limited to bank card acquiring, Dragon Payment (payment product of CCB), WeChat, Alipay product offerings. In addition, FTC will provide equipment and maintenance services to CCB's merchants. FTC's value-added technical services to CCB's merchants will include: Provision of POS machine value-added services; Various marketing solutions; Merchant's MIS R&D and integration test; and Integrated solution of membership points. Under the agreed terms FTC is entitled to receive 70% (the equivalent of 2 basis points) of acquiring service fee net income; and handling fee of various pay- ment businesses such as WeChat Pay, Alipay, etc.
