First Advantage announced that it is increasing its investments in the Asia Pacific region and expanded its leadership team with the addition of international business executives. As part of the company's strategy to expedite growth in the APAC region, the company has divided its commercial operations into two divisions: North Asia Pacific and South Asia Pacific. Since the two areas of Asia have significant and unique opportunities for growth, the company appointed a managing director for each region to drive new business and achieve higher overall revenue.

The company announced that Matthew Glasner was appointed managing director of the South Asia Pacific region to manage team leaders and support First Advantage's operations in Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore, the Philippines and Malaysia. Glasner previously worked for Experian, where he served as the general manager for Experian Marketing Services for Australia and New Zealand. First Advantage also appointed Jay Wang as managing director of the North Asia Pacific region, responsible for the China, Taiwan, South Korea and Japan markets. Most recently, Wang was the general manager of BI Worldwide in Shanghai, where he served as head of the company's China operations.
