Ribbon Home, Inc. announced that it has received $150 million in funding from a group of investors

On September 14, 2021, Ribbon Home, Inc. closed the transaction. The company has amended the terms of the transaction. The company has received additional $74,999,377 in its second and final tranche closing, bringing total funding raised in the transaction to $150,000,000.

The Series C was led by new investor, Greenspring Associates, Inc., with participation from existing investors, Greylock Partners, Bain Capital Venture Partners, LLC, NFX Capital Management, LLC, NYCA Partners LLC, Thomvest Ventures, Inc. and Jake Seid, new investors, First American Financial Corporation, Waterfall Asset Management, LLC, TriplePoint Capital, LLC, 75 & Sunny, LLC, individual investors, Gary Beasley, Gregor Watson, and Guy Gal. As part of the transaction, Seyonne Kang of Greenspring Associates, Inc. has joined as board observer in the company. The company has received $625,000,000 in funding till date.
