With more than 20 years of experience in commercial banking, Justin brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role as President of First Business Bank's Kansas City Market. His ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients alike demonstrates his commitment to connecting the dots and finding the best solutions for his clients. Justin's experience in both production and team leadership capacities, most recently with Enterprise Bank & Trust, allows him to guide his team effectively and help them close deals successfully. In 2018, Justin was recognized as a NextGen leader by the Kansas City Business Journal, highlighting his dedication and leadership in the banking industry.
Justin earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Northwest Missouri State University, an MBA from Bellevue University in Omaha, Nebraska, and completed the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin - Madison.
