The real estate owned and managed by the Company through various subsidiaries is located in Connecticut, Delaware, Louisiana, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island and Texas. The Company is engaged in two business segments: Real Estate Operations and Fee for Service. The Real Estate Operations segment participates in the purchase, development, management, ownership and sale of real estate. The Fee for Service segment provides preferred developer services to CVS, Cumberland Farms, and Wild Fork Foods in certain geographic areas. The Company’s properties include Plainfield Parkade, North Adams Parkade, Union Parkade, Pad Sites for Lease, Cranston Parkade, Easton Park and others.
