First Trust Dynamic Europe Equity Income Fund Increases Regularly Scheduled Monthly Common Share Distribution, Payable on January 17, 2023

First Trust Dynamic Europe Equity Income Fund has increased its regularly scheduled monthly common share distribution to $0.07 per share from $0.06 per share. The distribution will be payable on January 17, 2023, to shareholders of record as of January 4, 2023. The ex-dividend date is expected to be January 3, 2023.

First Trust Dynamic Europe Equity Income Fund (the Fund) is a diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund's investment objective is to provide a high level of current income with a secondary focus on capital appreciation. The Fund, under normal market conditions, invests at least 80% of its managed assets in a portfolio of equity securities of European companies of any market capitalization, including, but not limited to, common and preferred stocks that pay dividends, depositary receipts, and real estate investment trusts (REITs).
