From October 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023, the company has repurchased 137,500 shares, representing 2.34% for $1.42 million. With this, the company has completed the repurchase of 1,183,472 shares, representing 19.07% for $18.36 million under the buyback announced on January 20, 2006.
First US Bancshares, Inc. is a bank holding company. The Company operates one banking subsidiary, First US Bank, an Alabama banking corporation (the Bank). The Bank conducts a general commercial banking business and offers banking services, such as demand, savings, individual retirement account and time deposits, personal and commercial loans, safe deposit box services and remote deposit capture.
