Cling Systems AB announced that it has issued common shares at a price of per share for gross proceeds of SEK 21,000,000 on December 14, 2021. The transaction was co led by new investors First Venture Sweden AB (publ) and Trucks Venture Management, Inc., Voyagers Climate Tech Fund, Walter & Johanna AB, Assartorps Säteri. The transaction included participation from individual investors including Friedrich Neuman, Sven Heiligtag and Einar Bodström.
