Following the close of the Flagship Investments Limited's (FSI) Annual General Meeting (AGM), the Company wishes to confirm to Shareholders, that Ms Sophie Mitchell has retired as a Director of FSI. Sophie has served as a Director since 2008 and has played a significant part in steering the successful strategy of the Company. We wish Sophie all the best in her future endeavours.
In accordance with the resolutions passed at the AGM, Mrs Angela Obree, who was an Alternate Director to Sophie, has been appointed as a Director of FSI effective from 29 September 2021. Angela has also been appointed Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee and will continue in Sophie's stead the stewardship of the corporate reporting, governance, risk management and internal control framework.
