May 17 (Reuters) - Brazil lab chain Fleury said on Tuesday it entered into a joint venture agreement with Atlantica Hospitais e Participacoes SA and Real e Benemerita Associacao Portuguesa de Beneficencia to coordinate the care of cancer patients in the country through a new oncology center.

In a securities filing, the company said the three members will invest 678 million reais in the joint venture in its first five years.
