FocalTech Systems Co., Ltd. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2022. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was TWD 2,370.32 million compared to TWD 6,272.42 million a year ago. Net loss was TWD 2,760.46 million compared to net income of TWD 1,833.3 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was TWD 13.57 compared to basic earnings per share from continuing operations of TWD 9.02 a year ago. FocalTech Systems Co Ltd is a Taiwan-based company mainly engaged in the research, development, design, manufacture and sale of human-machine interface application chip products. The main products include touch and display integrated single chips, capacitive touch chips, thin film transistor liquid crystal display (TFT-LCD) panel driver chips, active-matrix organic light-emitting diode (AMOLED) panel driver chips, fingerprint recognition chips, automotive and industrial control chips. The products are used in smart phones, tablet computers, wearable devices, digital cameras, automotive products and other fields.
