FocalTech Systems Co., Ltd. (TWSE:3545) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 4,000,000 shares, representing 1.85% of its issued share capital for the total worth of TWD 9,825.42 million. The shares will be repurchased within the price range of TWD 103 to TWD 231 per share.
The repurchased shares will be transferred to employees. The program will continue through April 23, 2022. As of February 23, 2022, the company has 0 shares in treasury.
FocalTech Systems Co Ltd is a Taiwan-based company mainly engaged in the research, development, design, manufacture and sale of human-machine interface application chip products.
